Finishmaster Announces Acquisition of Southern Automotives, Inc.

    INDIANAPOLIS--Aug. 16, 2002--FinishMaster, Inc. has acquired, effective today, Southern Automotives, Inc. in Greenville, South Carolina. Southern has three facilities located in Greenville, Spartanburg and Anderson, South Carolina.
