O'Sullivan Appointed General Manager, Jacksonville Region For Mercedes-Benz USA
MONTVALE, N.J., Aug. 14 -- Mercedes-Benz USA (MBUSA) announced the appointment of Timothy O'Sullivan to general manager of the company's Jacksonville region. As head of the region, O'Sullivan is responsible for sales, service, parts, vehicle marketing and operations for nine states and Puerto Rico and is a member of MBUSA's Senior Management Team reporting to Keith May, vice president of sales.
O'Sullivan joins Mercedes-Benz from DaimlerChrysler where he served most recently as zone manager, sales and service for the Chicago zone. In this role, he was responsible for sales, service and parts operations for 230 dealers and 100,000 units of annual sales volume in the Mid-Great Lakes area.
Previously, O'Sullivan held various positions over a 18 year period with the Chrysler Group, including assistant zone manager, Detroit zone; team leader, Five Star Team, Auburn Hills; country manager, Malaysia, Asia Pacific operations; and director of technical operations, Chrysler Taiwan. He also worked as staff and district manager, Kansas City zone for the Chrysler Group.
O'Sullivan earned his bachelor's degree in business and finance from Mt. St. Mary's College in Maryland. Originally from the Washington D.C. area, O'Sullivan currently resides in Jacksonville.
