KEN GREGSON APPOINTED SERTAPAK USA SALES MANAGER

Woodstock, ON, Canada (August 8, 2002) - Sertapak Group is pleased to
announce the appointment of Ken Gregson to the position of Sales
Manager, Sertapak USA Inc. Ken will be based in the Tualatin, OR offices
and will be working on development of Sertapak US based initiatives.

Ken brings with him a wealth of experience in a variety of areas within
the packaging industry. Ken's most recent stint with Orbis-Menasha
involved development and implementation of strategic business plans
achieving remarkable growth within his business units. Having been
directly involved in new product development, Ken's leadership of our US
operations will focus on providing our innovative packaging approach to
a broader market.
