Catalytic Solutions, Inc. Appoints Kevin McDonnell Chief Financial Officer; New Senior Executive Brings More Than 20 Years of Financial Experience to Management Team

    OXNARD, Calif.--Aug. 12, 2002--Catalytic Solutions, Inc. (CSI) announced today that Kevin McDonnell has joined the company as its new Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President. McDonnell brings over 20 years of financial experience to his new post. "Kevin has a strong background with both private and public companies. As CSI moves to the next phase of growth, his experience with financial markets and high growth companies will be invaluable," said Bill Anderson, Chief Executive Officer of Catalytic Solutions.
    McDonnell comes to CSI from Digital Insight Corporation , where he held the title of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. During his tenure as CFO, McDonnell oversaw Digital Insight's IPO, a $120 million secondary stock offering and several acquisitions. Prior to Digital Insight, McDonnell served as Executive Vice President and CFO of Rockford Industries, which was a publicly traded specialty finance company sold to American Express in 1999. McDonnell has also held CFO positions with Printrak International and Mobile Technology Inc. Mr. McDonnell's background also includes financial management positions with NCR, Teradata and Mattel. Mr. McDonnell received his B.A. from Loyola Marymount University and a J.D. from Loyola Law School.
