Thousands of Cadillac Owners and Enthusiasts Converge on GM Renaissance Center Tonight

Who:
More than 1,400 Cadillac owners and enthusiasts from around the world gather to celebrate Cadillac's 100th anniversary and the 75th anniversary of the Cadillac LaSalle. Gary Cowger, president of GM North America and Mark LaNeve, Cadillac general manager, will emcee the event.

When:
TONIGHT Aug. 7, 2002 -- 8 - 10 p.m.

Where:
GM Renaissance Center- Wintergarden and GM World - enter through the main Wintergarden doors on Atwater Street.

Why:
Cadillac will host members of Cadillac LaSalle Club (CLC), one of the largest private collector clubs in the United States, who have gathered in Metro Detroit for their annual Grand National Event. The Grand National will attract more than 2,000 members and hundreds of vintage Cadillacs.
