Freedom Motorcycles Inc. Announces Merger With lowestbids.com.

    MINNEAPOLIS--Aug. 6, 2002--Freedom Motorcycles Inc. (OTC:FMCY) announced that it has entered into a reverse merger agreement with lowestbids.com which owns the .1web network (dot one web).
    The .1web network consists of Webwide I.S.P. offering unlimited monthly internet access for $8.95 or lower, Webwide Auctions, a real-time auction site with no listing fees or final sales fees, Accept Pay, a merchant bank allowing businesses to accept Visa and Mastercard, and Instant Web Advertising, a real-time advertising website for home-based, small or large businesses to advertise locally, regionally, or around the world instantly.

    Thursday Aug. 8, at 2:00 PM EDT, interested parties can join the conference call by calling 866/674-5827.

    Prior to the completion of the proposed merger, Freedom shall have completed its spin-off distribution of Norton Motor Company. The operation and management of Freedom and Norton will be independent of each other and there will be no business relationship between the two companies.
    Upon completion of the proposed merger, Freedom will be issuing approximately 86% of the then outstanding shares of Freedom to the shareholders of lowestbids.com.
    Effective Aug. 21, 2002, Freedom Motorcycles will change its name to DOT1WEB and will effect a reverse split of its stock on a 1 for 19 basis.
