MindArrow Chosen to Provide Direct Digital Communications Services for Mazda North American Operations
HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif.--Aug. 5, 2002--MindArrow Systems Inc. , a provider of software and services that enable companies to conduct targeted, electronic sales and marketing communications, today announced that it has been retained by Harte-Hanks Inc. to provide Mazda North American Operations with e-mail marketing and direct digital communications solutions for Mazda's customer loyalty and owner communications programs.
MindArrow, in collaboration with Harte-Hanks, will work to ensure that Mazda's offline customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing initiatives are in sync with the e-mail and digital communications solutions MindArrow is providing. The two companies will leverage Mazda's customer database to identify actionable initiatives and determine optimal customer interactions.
