2003 SEMA Spring Expo Expands, Delivers Powerful New Experience

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

2003 SEMA SPRING EXPO EXPANDS, DELIVERS POWERFUL NEW EXPERIENCE
TCAA and PRO to Join Forces Under Spring Expo Banner

DIAMOND BAR, Calif. - According to a recent announcement by the Specialty
Equipment Market Association, the 2003 SEMA Spring Expo - slated for Friday
and Saturday, Feb. 14-15, at the Nashville (Tenn.) Convention Center - will
now feature both the TCAA Light-Truck Accessory Expo and the PRO Restyling &
Trim Expo.

"It's a new concept in regional trade shows that melds two key market
segments into one synergistic venue of exceptional broad-based value,"
declared said Peter MacGillivray, SEMA vice president of marketing and
sales.

According to MacGillivray, the newly designed venue is the result of
intensive planning and discussion, which included the leadership of two SEMA
councils with constituent interests in the show - the Truck Cap & Accessory
Alliance (TCAA) and the Professional Restylers Organization (PRO) - and will
bring together for the first time under one banner many of the core elements
of both industry segments.

"There's no question this will be a synergistic show for our truck-cap and
accessory retailers. It's a wonderful opportunity for them to enhance their
businesses and explore cross-marketing opportunities," observed said Bobby
Combs, TCAA chairman. "TCAA members are eager to discover new products and
services never before offered at a TCAA Expo. The take-home value for all
TCAA- and PRO-member companies is what it's all about."

Combs also noted that the camaraderie and informal networking traditionally
associated with the TCAA Expo will remain intact. "It's very important that
our members have a chance to interface and for TCAA to provide that
opportunity within the umbrella format. So we will still host our annual
meeting and the awards banquet, and there will still be Industry Day
seminars on Thursday, Feb. 13, the day preceding the Expo. All in all, it's
the best of both worlds."

Richard Sherman, PRO chairman, said, "I echo Bobby's sentiments
wholeheartedly. There is a natural affinity between the two industry
segments. Bringing the councils together under the SEMA Spring Expo banner
not only will benefit restylers and cap dealers, but the industry as a
whole."

Sherman noted that PRO also will host its own celebrations and meetings
during the Expo, including the annual Industry Awards Reception, general
membership meeting and a seminar track. "PRO is a vibrant SEMA council, and
it's important that we address the needs of our constituency. As part of
that, we also want to expose restylers and trimmers to new business and
educational opportunities. The expanded show format will provide the
resources needed to grow their businesses."

Added MacGillivray: "We anticipate a very successful show, which will
attract a broad audience of decision makers from preeminent truck and auto
accessory outlets, trim shops, performance centers and tuning shops. It's
the kind of opportunity that will expand everyone's horizons."
