TI Automotive to Supply Air Conditioning Lines For Future Chrysler Group Vehicles

WARREN, Mich., Aug. 1 -- TI Automotive will supply fluid- handling lines for air conditioning systems on select future-model-year Chrysler Group vehicles, according to Steve Taylor, TI Automotive's vice president for HVAC (heating, ventilation and cooling).

"This is a significant win that broadens the customer base for TI Automotive's HVAC business," Taylor said. "Although TI Automotive is best known for its expertise in fuel storage and delivery systems, our technical capabilities in the HVAC arena strongly contribute to our success as a global automotive supplier."

Production will take place at TI Automotive's Reynosa, Mexico plant. Further contract details were not disclosed.
