Twin Disc, Inc., Declares Regular Quarterly Cash Dividend

    RACINE, Wis.--July 29, 2002--Twin Disc, Inc. , announced today that the Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.175 per share payable on September 3, 2002, to shareholders of record on August 9, 2002.
    Twin Disc, Inc., designs, manufactures and internationally distributes heavy-duty off-highway power transmission equipment for the construction, industrial, government, marine, agricultural, and energy and natural resources markets.
