Ryder Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend; Company Pays Dividend for 104th Consecutive Quarter

    MIAMI--July 25, 2002--The Board of Directors of Ryder System, Inc. , a global leader in supply chain and transportation management solutions, today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share of common stock. The dividend will be paid on September 20, 2002 to shareholders of record on August 23, 2002. This is Ryder's 104th consecutive quarterly cash dividend - marking 26 years of dividend payments.
