Mobil 1 Chosen As Factory-Fill Motor Oil for Cadillac XLR

FAIRFAX, Va.--July 23, 2002--Mobil 1(R), the world's leading synthetic motor oil, has been selected as original equipment (factory-fill) in Cadillac's all-new luxury roadster, the Cadillac XLR. The Cadillac XLR will be factory-filled with the 5W-30 viscosity grade of Mobil 1 with SuperSyn(TM).

    Mobil 1 is also original equipment in other high-performance vehicles, including the Chevrolet Corvette, all Porsche models, Mercedes-Benz AMG, Dodge Viper, Ford Mustang Cobra R, and Aston Martin models. All new Mercedes-Benz vehicles sold in the U.S. are equipped with an engine decal approving Mobil 1. Land Rover also approves Mobil 1.
