Fogarty to Vancouver in CART Mentor Program

                JON FOGARTY HEADED TO MOLSON INDY VANCOUVER
                   AS A GUEST OF CART AND NEWMAN/HAAS RACING

        BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (July 22, 2002) - - Dorricott Racing's Jon
Fogarty, of Portola Valley, Calif., is headed to the Molson Indy Vancouver
this week for a once in a lifetime experience under CART's Mentor Program.

        The newly created program is designed to provide up and coming
Toyota Atlantic drivers with an insider's view of a CART team during a CART
FedEx race weekend. Fogarty was chosen as a participant due to being the
Toyota Atlantic point leader following Round 6 at the CART Grand Prix of
Chicago.

        Fogarty will be with Newman/Haas Racing and its drivers Cristiano
Da Matta and Christian Fittipaldi. Fogarty chose Newman/Haas from a list
that included Target Chip Ganassi Racing, Herdez Competition, Walker
Racing, and Fernandez Racing.

        Possible activities may include debriefings, team meetings, plus
press and sponsor events, when applicable. Fogarty will also be in pit lane
with a team headset during all practice and qualifying sessions and the
race. The Molson Indy Vancouver will be held on the downtown temporary
street circuit of Vancouver, B.C., Canada, with the CART FedEx race
scheduled for Sunday, July 28.
