M2 Automotive Appoints Richard M. Ginsburg As Chief Financial Officer

SANTA MONICA, CA--(INTERNET WIRE)--Jul 22, 2002 -- M2 Automotive announced today that Rick Ginsburg has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer for M2 Automotive following four years at True2Form Collision Repair Centers, Inc. Ginsburg will work closely with Hunt Ramsbottom, the Chief Executive Officer, and other members of senior management to capitalize on the leadership position M2 Collision Care Centers has attained as the leading collision service provider in the state of California. Ginsburg will help spearhead M2's operational, technology and growth strategies.

Ginsburg, a certified public accountant, brings an extensive background in the operational, financial, organizational design, and MIS requirements of multi-location retail and business-to-business enterprises to M2 Automotive. Prior to True2Form, Ginsburg held senior executive-level management positions with several regional and national companies, including nine years at two national, insurance replacement car rental firms. Ginsburg, a graduate of Kent State University, earned his MBA from Case Western Reserve University. He will be relocating with his family from Cleveland, Ohio, to Southern California in the next few months.
