Toyota to up 2002 Japan output plan by 4.6% -Kyodo

TOKYO, July 17 Reuters reported that Japan's top automaker Toyota Motor Corp will raise its domestic output plan for this year to more than 3.35 million units from an initial 3.2 million, Kyodo news agency reported on Wednesday.

Quoting company sources, Kyodo said the move was in line with stronger-than-expected demand in the U.S. market.
