COUNTRY STAR DARRYL WORLEY SLATED AS THIRD ARTIST
TO TAKE A RIDE ON THE NO. 7 SIRIUS SATELLITE RADIO DODGE

LOUDON, NH (July 16, 2002) - Darryl Worley, a hot new country star with the recently released album, I Miss My Friend, will be the third featured artist to take a ride with Casey Atwood and the No. 7 Sirius Satellite Radio Dodge. Both born and raised in Tennessee, Atwood and Worley will join forces this weekend at the New England 300 at the New Hampshire International Speedway in Loudon, NH.

Atwood, a huge country fan himself, was excited to hear that Darryl Worley would be featured in the Sirius Hood program, a new and innovative promotional program that brings to life the faces behind the 100-percent commercial-free music heard on Sirius.

"I listen to a lot of different music, but being from Tennessee, Country is definitely my favorite," said Casey Atwood, driver of the No. 7 Sirius Satellite Radio Dodge. "I look forward to having Darryl on the hood of the Sirius Dodge, it's really fun to have a different artist on my hood each week."

The No. 7 Sirius Dodge paint scheme will feature Darryl Worley and his recently released album, I Miss My Friend; which was given three stars by USA Today in a recent album review and is Worley's second album released by DreamWorks Records.

When the ballad I Miss My Friend emerged as the first radio track from Darryl's second DreamWorks project, I Miss My Friend, it immediately rose up the charts - when the dust settled he had two CMT Flameworthy award nominations.

"We are really happy to have Darryl Worley join our line up of artists for the Sirius Hood program," said Philip Pilla, Vice President of Marketing for Sirius Satellite. "It is our goal to bring all of our genres of music to the race track with the No. 7 Sirius Dodge. Darryl will make a great team with Casey this weekend, hopefully some of that Tennessee luck will rub off and bring us a good finish on Sunday."

I Miss My Friend (released July 16, 2002) is the work of a fully assured artist. It's as complex and colorful as the man who made it. The tender, moving title cut, for instance, contrasts markedly with the party atmosphere of "Tennessee River Run" and the rampaging rhythms of "Callin' Caroline." Darryl tugs at honky-tonk heartstrings on such down-home numbers as "The Least That You Can Do," "I Wouldn't Mind The Shackles" and the thumping "I Built This Wall." But he's equally affecting in the jazz mode of "Opportunity Of A Lifetime" and the bluesy tinge of "Family Tree." Darryl is openly sentimental on "Back Where I Belong," yet offers a smile and a wink with "Where You Think You're Goin'?" "POW 369," meanwhile, proves him a master interpreter of the story song.

Darryl Worley can currently be heard on "New Country" on Channel 31 and Sirius Country Hits on Channel 30 both which fall under the Country genre.
