Dynamic Imaging Group, Inc. Announces Florida Motor Corporation Joint Venture

    FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--July 16, 2002--Dynamic Imaging Group, Inc. (DIGI), a publicly traded company on the OTC:BB exchange (OTCBB:DYIG), announced today that they have agreed to form a joint venture with Smec De Oriente CA to establish a Florida Motor Corp. assembly, distribution, and sales center within Venezuela.
    "Florida Motor Corporation intends to create assembly and distribution joint ventures in a number of developing countries," stated Roland Breton, President of Dynamic Imaging Group, Inc. "Venezuela represents the demographic profile of our target markets, a developing country with a modestly developed highway system with a latent demand for inexpensive, reliable and easily repaired vehicles."
    Florida Motor Corporation will now begin due diligence and market research with regard to the construction and operation of the joint venture facility. Construction of the assembly line will now begin at Florida Motor Corporation's facility in Florida.
