Nostalgia Motorcars Announces Merger with Elution Technologies Inc.

    PHOENIX--July 16, 2002--Nostalgia Motorcars Inc. (CRRZ:PK) today announced that the company has entered into an agreement to merge with a private Arizona company, Elution Technologies Inc.
    Nostalgia Motorcars has changed its name to Elution Technologies Inc. and the company's new stock trading symbol will be ELUT. Pursuant to the merger agreement the issued and outstanding shares of the company have been reversed with one new share for each 10 old shares.
    The company is now trading on the pink sheets and anticipates resumption of trading on the OTC Bulletin Board in the near future.
