MASSARI AND JDC MOTORSPORTS SET FOR BREAK-OUT SHOWING AT MID-OHIO

MINNEAPOLIS, MN. (July 15, 2002) -JDC Motorsports and driver Anthony Massari
are poised for a strong showing at the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course in early
August, heading into the final stretch of the 2002 Formula Ford 2000 Zetec
Championship season.

The team is eager to return to Mid-Ohio, as the series supports the CART
FedEx Championship Miller Lite 200. Mid-Ohio is a course Massari knows as
well as any other driver in the Zetec Championship series. The team ran
strong in early season tests at Mid-Ohio, but hoped for a stronger finish at
the race in June, qualifying 12th and placing 10th in the race.

"I love driving Mid-Ohio," said Massari. "My experience of the course and
the hard work of everyone on the JDC Motorsports team makes me eager to take
the wheel there again."

Early season testing at Mid-Ohio went well for the JDC Motorsports crew, but
the team felt they left a little something on the table during the American
Le Mans weekend in late June. After small setup changes made during the
practice sessions to correct a slight exit oversteer condition, qualifying
saw heavy traffic and numerous black flags that kept the team from posting
its fastest time. Qualifying 12th, Massari ran a consistent race and
finished in 10th place.

The JDC Motorsports team knows the value of accumulated data from series
events.

"We’ve had great support from Van Diemen, Primus and all the suppliers to
the Zetec series," said Massari. "Now all we need is to find a way to gather
some additional data on various set-ups to really take the next step.
Another car to share data with would certainly help us get there."
