The PRO-Edelbrock Fastest Street Car Drag Racing Series features over $1.6 Million in posted cash contingencies for the 2002 racing season. We are proud of the support the performance aftermarket has given the PRO series and it's racers in it's inaugural season. To answer the question many have asked: PRO's contingency program is cash-based. You buy parts, you race, you win, companies support you with their biggest asset... cash.

The PRO contingency program is a win-win situation for the manufacturers in the performance industry and the racers and enthusiasts who buy parts and compete in the PRO-Edelbrock series. The PRO-Edelbrock officials take the enforcement of the contingency program very seriously, and as a result, only verified parts, products, and decals are accepted.

As a result, PRO-Edelbrock has been able to build the largest contingency program in street-legal drag racing in only it's first season. That is a testament to the support that street legal racing has from the performance companies.

With the addition and support of Flowmaster Mufflers to the 2002 listing, PRO has over $1.61 million of posted cash contingencies for the 5-race 2002 season. For the 2003 season, PRO-Edelbrock's goal is to achieve contingency postings in excesss of $2.5 Million Dollars.
