Headquarter Toyota Miami Inaugurates First, Hi-Tech, Interactive Auto Showroom This Friday

    MIAMI--July 10, 2002--Headquarter Toyota, ranked within Toyota's top 20 volume dealers out of more than a thousand, today announced the grand opening of its new state-of-the-art showroom. The event will be marked with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Friday, July 12, 2002, at 3:00 p.m.
    The 22,000 square foot facility is the first of its kind in the U.S., combining the newest technology with innovative architectural and design details to enhance customers' automobile selecting and buying experience.
    The Miami-based dealership began construction on the new facility in 2001. Located near the Miami-Dade and Broward county lines, the new showroom is five times larger than the original space; it now showcases up to 10 car models in the air-conditioned indoor facility. Headquarter Toyota also provides a large volume and selection of vehicles due to a multi-million dollar premise and national inventory.
    In addition, a custom-designed Internet Cafe will allow customers to order color preference, style and concepts they prefer via web interaction. The hi-tech approach encourages customers to "plug and play" by using the Internet to gain readily available, easy to access knowledge about car rates, trade-in value, and other Toyota consumer facts.
    "Headquarter Toyota's goal is to provide our customers extensive product knowledge and the best car selection so they can make an informed buying decision quickly. Customers can buy the vehicle of their choice in 24% less time than with any other dealer by working with our seasoned sales associates and taking advantage of our interactive feature," said Jeronimo Esteve, owner of Headquarter Toyota and Bella Automotive Group.
    Influenced by the Far East tradition of Feng Shui, including the generous use of light and color, the showroom is designed to provide customers with a unique and welcoming environment. In addition, the facility features highly illustrative wide screens and video walls showcasing Toyota's newest models.
    To further enhance a customer's experience, Headquarter Toyota has streamlined the financing, insurance and title processes. A user-friendly, step-by-step process has been developed to assist the customer with a unique car-buying experience from beginning to end. Once the process is finalized, the customer proceeds to the lounge area where their newly purchased vehicle is personally delivered under an enclosed canopy.
    During the grand opening celebration, Headquarter Toyota will offer a special purchasing incentive for customers: zero down, zero payments until January 2003 or zero percent interest on the purchase of any new Toyota.
