Tinnerman Palnut Engineered Products, LLC Hires New President & CEO

    BRUNSWICK, Ohio--July 8, 2002--Tinnerman Palnut Engineered Products, LLC announced that Jim Finley has been appointed President and CEO effective July 2, 2002.
    Mr. Finley will be located at the Tinnerman Palnut, Brunswick, Ohio facility. Mr. Finley succeeds Stan Erman who will remain a director of the company.
    Mr. Finley comes to Tinnerman Palnut Engineered Products with broad executive management experience and demonstrated success in achieving business goals and driving growth. Mr. Finley holds a Bachelor's of Science in Accounting from Penn State University.
    Immediately before joining Tinnerman Palnut, Mr. Finley was President of the Stanley Bostitch division of Stanley Works. Under his leadership at Stanley Bostitch the company received recognition as category leader in pneumatic tools from Home Depot.
