    STAMFORD, Conn.--July 1, 2002--Asbury Automotive Group, Inc. , one of the nation's largest automotive retailers, today announced that it will release its second quarter financial results before the market opens on July 25, 2002.
    Senior management, including Kenneth B. Gilman, President and CEO, and Thomas F. Gilman, Senior Vice President and CFO, will host a conference call later that morning, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time.
