Yazaki Names Tadahisa 'Ted' Tsuda General Motors Business Unit President

CANTON, Mich., July 1 -- Yazaki North America, Inc., a leading supplier of vehicle power and data solutions to the automotive industry, announced today the appointment of Tadahisa "Ted" Tsuda to General Motors Business Unit President. George R. Perry, president and COO of Yazaki North America made the announcement.

Tsuda brings nearly four decades of automotive and management experience to his new appointment. As president of the GM Business Unit, Tsuda is responsible for the overall management of current GM business programs and business planning for future growth opportunities. Before joining Yazaki North America, Tsuda served as managing director of Australian Arrow Ltd., a Yazaki affiliate in Melbourne, and president of Yazaki EDS Samoa Ltd for more than five years.

Tsuda earned a B.B.A. from Kobe University in Kobe, Japan.
