TIM WOODS III JOINS FORCES WITH HIP HOP STAR NELLY

NASCAR Winston West driver Tim Woods III has entered
into a ground breaking promotional partnership with
Universal Music Hip Hop Artist, Nelly.

Nelly who sold 14 million copies of his debut album
"Country Grammar" is a die hard fan of stock car
racing.  Nelly has endorsed Woods in his racing
efforts and is showing his support by being the
primary sponsor on the #54 Ford Taurus.  "Welcome to Nellyville" will appear on the hood, which will coincide with the album's release on Tuesday, June 25, 2002.  The rear quarter panels will have Nelly's apparel company "VOKAL", and the rear deck lid will have "Team Lunatics", which is Nelly's management company.

opportunity to be the first African American in the
Busch Series," says Woods

Music and motor sports opens a new avenue to the world
of sports marketing.  This partnership goes beyond the

Nelly's music fans, Nelly's apparel company "VOKAL"
and Woods' NASCAR fan base, offers a very diverse
