SupplySolution Announces Second Quarter 2002 Milestones
SOUTHFIELD, Mich., June 28 -- SupplySolution, Inc., the leading provider of supply chain execution applications for manufacturing, distribution, exchange, and supplier organizations, today announced a number of significant milestones achieved in the company's second quarter of 2002, set to conclude at the end of this week. Among the milestones achieved by the organization is the sum total of 203 supply chains under management, and significant benchmark results from a select number of its over 2,000 customers.
The company's i-Supply Service is one of the most widely used fulfillment solutions in the manufacturing industry, providing real-time inventory visibility between trading partners at multiple layers within the supply chain. As of June, 2002, over 203 supply chains are being managed by the i-Supply Service.
Currently, the company has over 2,000 enterprise customers, including over 38% of the top 150 automotive suppliers. Automotive suppliers Freudenberg-NOK and Powers and Sons are among the numerous customers who extended annual service contracts with SupplySolution. In addition, the company continued its new customer acquisition with companies, including leading global Tier-1 supplier Robert Bosch Corporation signing onto i-Supply.
