Show-Me Software to Interface With TripPak ONLINE
NASHVILLE, Tenn.--June 28, 2002--TMI, the parent company of TripPak EXPRESS and TripPak ONLINE document management services announced today the release of new database level integration resources for fleets using Show-Me Software, a Missouri based provider of fleet management software with more than 140 medium sized and smaller fleet clients throughout North America. The companies also announced O&S Trucking of Springfield, Missouri signed a multi-year contract for the TripPak ONLINE Enterprise solution and that installation is in process. The integration with Show-Me Software will allow O&S Trucking and any other fleet that is using Show-Me Software for dispatch, accounting and fleet management planning to interface directly with the TripPak ONLINE Enterprise solution. The interface will be especially useful when used with TripPak ONLINE.COM, TMI's low cost, Application Service Provider (ASP) imaging tool, requiring no up-front investments and designed exclusively for small and medium sized fleets to use the Internet to access documents that are scanned overnight by TripPak.
"We are pleased to deploy this interface with TripPak ONLINE and satisfy both large and small fleets alike, providing highly accurate dispatch data and helping Show-Me Software users to go paperless," said Mark Stiles, President of Show-Me Software. Referring to the TMI integration, "This interface is another example of our commitment to provide carriers with cost effective choices in technology."
"The services and tools we provide to Swift, C.R. England and U.S. Xpress are available right now to growth oriented fleets like O&S Trucking, and also to managers operating a 20 truck fleet, because this integration exists," explained Mark A. Cleveland, Executive Vice President of TMI. "Even small carriers can go paperless. We provide a tighter process, an `electronic filing cabinet' that allows you to just walk away from the copy machine and never misplace another document."
TMI is signing up small fleets for their Internet productivity tool, TripPak ONLINE.COM, where the average fleet size is between 20 to 100 trucks. The instant cash flow benefits from outsourced scanning can be realized, without losing control of critical shipper and driver documents with TMI's overnight scanning operation that captures images to drive invoicing, payroll processes and other critical functions. Users of the service leverage the power of imaging while still being able to access any paper document, a key consideration in meeting shipper demands for proof of delivery or related paper work, without placing any new, special handling or scanning burdens on a driver.
TMI is a premier provider of document management services to the trucking industry, offering the only fully integrated outsource infrastructure provider (OIP) resource to fleet managers interested in cash flow improvements by more efficiently processing time sensitive documents. The thirteen-year old company is headquartered in Denver, Colorado, with offices in Brentwood, Tennessee and Wilmington, Ohio. Visit www.trippak.com for more information.
