Sequa Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend on Preferred Shares

    NEW YORK--June 27, 2002--Sequa Corporation declared a regular quarterly dividend of $1.25 per share on its $5.00 cumulative convertible preferred stock.
    The dividend is payable August 1, 2002 to all stockholders of record July 12, 2002.
