Caliber Collision Centers Announces Plans to Open New Center in Lewisville, Texas; Caliber Expands to 65 Centers Nationwide
IRVINE, Calif.--June 26, 2002--Caliber Collision Centers, an Irvine-based operator of high-quality collision repair facilities in California and Texas, today announced that it has signed a long-term lease for a 13,000 square foot collision repair facility located in Lewisville, Texas, northwest of downtown Dallas.The addition of this new location will further extend Caliber's position as the largest collision repair provider in Texas with 29 centers in operation.
According to Mark Sanders, Caliber's regional manager for North Texas, Caliber Collision Centers is leasing and renovating this facility to meet the growing needs of its customers in the Lewisville area. "We are pleased to have expanded our capacity in the Metroplex, and specifically in the Lewisville marketplace," said Sanders.
"This center will be designed to support and complement Caliber's standard operating practices, ensuring greater efficiency and high-quality collision repair. According to Ed Medvic, vice president, corporate development, the current tenant, Genesis Collision Repair, will be relocating its existing business and, when complete, the facility will be transitioned into a Caliber location. "This facility is located directly on Highway 121, and will provide excellent access for customers in the surrounding areas," said Medvic.
