ADVISORY/Mazda Showcases MAZDA6 Sedan At LULAC Convention; Houston Public Gets Its First Glimpse of the 2003 Prototype

WHO:                 Mazda representatives and bilingual product 
                     specialist, conference attendees, Houston car

WHAT:                Mazda will showcase the new MAZDA6 at the League 
                     of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC) 73rd 
                     National Convention and Exposition. A prototype 
                     of the vehicle will be on display at the 
                     exposition.

WHY:                 The U.S. Hispanic community, the largest minority 
                     group in the country, commands a total purchasing 
                     power estimated at $499 billion.
                     Hispanic consumers are an important part of 
                     Mazda's diverse customer base.

                     Since last year, Mazda has been a supporter of 
                     LULAC and its national convention, as a part of 
                     their commitment to the advancement of the 
                     Hispanic community.

                     The new MAZDA6 will be available at Mazda 
                     dealerships by the end of this year.
