Starcraft Announces Expansion of Tecstar Operation in Grand Prairie, Texas

    GOSHEN, Ind.--June 21, 2002--Starcraft Corporation (OTCBB:STCR) announced today that Tecstar, a firm jointly owned by Starcraft Corporation of Goshen, Indiana and Wheel-to-Wheel, an automotive engineering firm based outside of Detroit, Michigan has signed a facility lease to expand its operation in Grand Prairie, Texas.
    The new 192,000 square foot facility doubles Tecstar's production capacity in Texas.
    The Grand Prairie operation produces up-fit appearance packages for both the GM Suburban and Tahoe sport-utility vehicles. The expansion reflects the strong demand for these vehicles and is part of a multi-year contract with GM that runs through 2006.
