    DETROIT--June 19, 2002--Please join the Automotive Women's Alliance, Inc. and Ms. Karen Healy, Vice President, Corporate Affairs and Facilities, Delphi Corporation as she shares information regarding characteristics needed for corporations to be resilient in the changing marketplace on Tuesday, June 25, 2002 at the Somerset Inn, Troy, MI.
    Karen L. Healy is a member of the Delphi Strategy Board, the company's top policy-making group. She also is executive champion for the corporate affairs task team, and Chairman of the Delphi Foundation.
    The Somerset Inn is located at 2601 West Big Beaver Road (on Big Beaver just East of I-75). Registration/Networking begins at 5:15 p.m., followed by Dinner at 6:00 and program at 7:00. Reservations are required.
    Tickets are $45.00 for members, $65.00 for non-members and $500.00 for a table of ten.
