Woodside and Lucas Oil Team Up for Remainder of 2002 Season

June 18, 2002 (Saugus, Calif.) - NASCAR driver Sean Woodside announced today
that he and Lucas Oil Products have extended their agreement through the
remainder of the 2002 Featherlite Southwest Series, NASCAR Touring season.

Throughout the remaining events this season, Lucas Oil will be primary
sponsor on the #45 Chevrolet, with decals prominently displayed on the hood
and quarter panels of Woodside's racecar.

Woodside began his relationship with Lucas Oil with a one-race primary
sponsorship deal for the recent K & N Performance Filters "150" at Irwindale
(Calif.) Speedway.

Corona, Calif.-based Lucas Oil Products is a world leader in heavy-duty and
high-performance lubricants and additives.

"We are very pleased to have Lucas Oil on board for the rest of the season,"
Woodside commented. "From here on out, our intention is to put our heads
down to the task of producing a winning race car at each event and
representing our new sponsor to the best of our abilities."

Woodside's next appearance will be at this Saturday's Snap-On Tools/Jelly
Belly 200 at Sears Point Raceway in Sonoma, Calif.

Sears Point's 1.99-mile road course is one of Woodside's favorite tracks.
Although famed for his short-track driving expertise, Woodside has
accumulated a great deal of experience over his NASCAR career in road-course
events.

Woodside has led many laps at Sears Point. He won the 1998 NASCAR Winston
West event at Heartland Park in Topeka, Kansas. In May 2001, Woodside
started the Winston West event at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca on California's
Monterey Peninsula from the pole and finished in third place. Woodside also
joined the Winston Cup regulars for an exhibition event at Suzuka Circuit in
Japan several years ago.

The Snap-On Tools/Jelly Belly 200 will be televised on the pee Channel on
July 15, 2002 at 8:00 p.m. EDT.
