TekSci and eNGENUITY Form Software Development Partnership
PHOENIX & MONTREAL--June 18, 2002--TekSci, a real-time, embedded consulting company specializing in Safety-Critical Software Development and eNGENUITY Technologies Inc. , a leading supplier of collaborative engineering tools for the smart engineering over the Web of high-reliability systems, have established a business partnership to provide customers with safety-critical consulting services and software development tools. TekSci will serve as an engineering consulting service provider to eNGENUITY Technologies' customers and other users. eNGENUITY Technologies will provide software development tools that streamline safety-critical software development.
FAA regulations mandate strict tracking of the software development process for safety-critical systems and eNGENUITY Technologies' software SmartCert automates this process. Through the incorporation of TekSci's DO-178B checklists, SmartCert will guide customers through the process of software certification. SmartCert is a Web-based collaborative engineering product to streamline and optimize the certification process of mission/safety critical systems.
