TONY KANAAN QUOTES
"This was probably the worst Friday we've had all year. We've been right up
there at all the other tracks we've been to ... even last weekend at Laguna
Seca when we ran our new Lola chassis for the first time on a road course.
Obviously, our lack of testing and our lack of experience with the new Lola
is showing here. But we're working very hard and we definitely made some
gains between this morning and this afternoon. We're headed in a positive
direction, lap-timewise. But, unfortunately, so is everybody else. On the
plus side, we're ahead of where we were last year, which turned out to be
one of our worst weekends of the year. We totally changed everything
between this morning and this afternoon, so now we have to go to work and
find some more things to help us gain speed."
