ARCA Lincoln Welders Trucks add Ona & Adirondack
(For Immediate Release)
TOLEDO OH (6-13-02) Officials of the ARCA Lincoln Welders Truck Series
have announced the addition of two races to the 2002 schedule.
Ona Speedway, in Ona, West Virginia, which hosted the traveling touring
series with great success on June 1, has requested another date for
August 17.
In addition to Ona, the brand-new Adirondack International Speedway will
host the series on Sunday afternoon, September 8. The Adirondack event
will be sponsored by Qualite Sports Lighting of Hillsdale, Michigan.
Located near Lowville and New Bremen, N.Y. in the foothills of the
Adirondack Mountains, the speedway is a relatively flat, D-shaped,
half-mile oval with 10-degree banking. When completed, the entire venue
will also house a quarter-mile oval, one-mile oval and a 1.5-mile road
