Cycle Country Finalizes Acquisition of Weekend Warrior Inc. To Conclude Second Acquisition In 75 Days

    MILFORD, Iowa--June 13, 2002--Cycle Country Accessories Corp. (OTCBB:CYCY), the recognized leader in the development and manufacturing of high quality accessories for the utility all-terrain vehicle (ATV), announced today that the Company has finalized the purchase agreement terms to acquire Weekend Warrior, Inc. The acquisition of this profitable company with a well-established brand name will expedite Cycle Country's entrance into the Lawn & Garden market. The Company anticipates reflecting the acquisition value in the next 10-QSB filing for Cycle Country's third quarter ending June 30, 2002.
    Since 1992, Weekend Warrior, Inc., headquartered in Lubbock, Texas, has designed and manufactured a full line of heavy-duty agricultural equipment for Utility ATV's and Garden Tractors.
