Gregory takes Mansfield ARCA Midgets

MANSFIELD OH (6-9-02) Ron Gregory, in the Bures Insurance Chevy, won the
30-lap ARCA Auto Value/NAMARS co-sanctioned Midget feature event Sunday
at Mansfield Motorsports Speedway.

The Noblesville, Indiana driver, who started sixth, quickly worked his
way to the front and pulled away from the pack to earn his career-first
ARCA Auto Value Midget Series victory.

Fort Wayne, Indiana driver Richie Jacobs, who started tenth, finished
second in the Jacobs Racing Mopar Beast ahead of 2001 ARCA Auto Value
Midget Rookie of the Year Matt Brun. Ottawa Lake, Michigan veteran Dave
Baumgartner finished fourth in front of Findlay, Ohio native Jason
Fuller in fifth.

Aaron Pierce, Gary Harrell, Chris O’Connell, Courtney Kirts and Doug
Cross completed the top-ten finishers respectively.
Next action for the ARCA Auto Value Midget Series will be Friday night,
June 21 at Toledo Speedway.
