PRIMUS RACING ANNOUNCES DRASTIC REDUCTION IN CAR COSTS

ST. PETERSBURG, FLA. (June 5, 2002) – Primus Racing today announced, that in
association with leading car supplier Van Diemen International, the cost of
a new Formula 2000 car has been greatly reduced.

Part of the Panoz Motorsports Group, the England-based Van Diemen
International will offer the RF03 Van Diemen Formula Ford 2000 car for
$38,500. Purchased through Primus Racing in St. Petersburg, Fla., the fully
built complete car includes: chassis, 2.0-liter Ford Zetec engine, Pectel
ECU, wiring harness, Dynamic Suspension dampers, exhaust system, one set of
OZ wheels and Avon tires. The new RF03 car will be available for delivery in
October 2002.
