Porsche Cars North America Reports May U.S. Sales

ATLANTA, June 3 -- Porsche Cars North America, Inc., (PCNA), importer and distributor of Porsche sports cars in the United States, today announced U.S. retail sales for May totaled 2242 cars, a 7 percent decrease over the same period last year. However, this month's result is the highest monthly total since May of last year, and Porsche 911 sales continue their upward trend. May was the best month in history for 911 sales in the U.S.

Porsche 911 sales have set many records in recent months and are up 3 percent calendar year to date in the U.S. PCNA is operating on plan and expects that trend to continue.
