puraDYN's Growing Business Requires Added Manufacturing Facilities
BOYNTON BEACH, Fla.--May 29, 2002--puraDYN Filter Technologies Inc. (AMEX:PFT), the global by-pass oil filtration system company, today announced that current as well as anticipated growth of its business activities has required the Company to sign a new five-year lease agreement for a 25,541 square foot property. This will at least double puraDYN's current manufacturing capacity.The new space in Boynton Beach will house both office and warehouse facilities. According to the lease, puraDYN will have an option to expand the facilities an additional 25,000 square feet within a six-month period.
puraDYN's President and Chief Operating Officer Kevin G. Kroger commented, "Over the past year, we have expanded our reach and signed new agreements with existing and new vendors around the world, thus significantly increasing the opportunity for higher revenues. We remain focused on growth, and this new property will give us the ability to meet our increased production needs."
