SMSC Announces Earnings Conference Call; Monday, June 17, 2002 at 8:30 A.M. ET, 7:30 A.M. CT

    HAUPPAUGE, N.Y.--May 28, 2002--Standard Microsystems Corporation will hold a conference call to discuss fiscal first quarter 2003 results on Monday, June 17, 2002 at 8:30 A.M. ET (7:30 A.M. CT).
