Celtron International Inc. Goes Global

MIDRAND, South Africa, May 22 Celtron International Inc. announced today that it is expanding its operations to Europe where their product is in high demand.

Celtron International represents a solid research, development and technological advancement history in the value-added cellular electronic industry.

Celtron's platform technology is a flexible, mobile-cellular data communications device, coupled with a proprietary software system and integrated management services for the system. This technology is currently being integrated with GPS and applied in a sophisticated automated vehicle-tracking, management and recovery system offering a flexible, interactive solution to the total vehicle market, ranging from heavy commercial fleet-based vehicles, light commercial vehicles, to passenger vehicles.

This suite of vehicle-tracking products and services, consisting of the "Buddi-Track", "Mobi-Track" and the software management system "Travel Partner", were initially licensed and announced in South Africa during the year 2000 and successfully launched during February of 2001. This market was specifically targeted as a trial run for the product and service suite. Due to its extremely high rate of vehicle theft and hi-jacking, South Africa was selected as the Company's ideal testing ground to evaluate the flexibility of the system in terms of stolen vehicle recovery, fleet, driver, and vehicle management, and the robustness of its design.

Attaining exceptional results in South Africa, Celtron plans to use this momentum to pursue opportunities to distribute its product and service offering in numerous international markets. To this end Celtron is now establishing operations in the UK and Europe where the company has found tremendous interest in the product, specifically from the UK, France, Spain, Portugal and Germany.

Active negotiations are currently underway with various prominent companies in the UK to partner with in the establishment of an operational infrastructure.

"The interest has been huge and we are inundated with offers", says Mr. Harington, CEO of Celtron International, Inc., "and at the rate that negotiations are going now, we should be able to launch our product range in the UK in the next 3 to 4 months"

"Celtron Tracking Systems, Plc -- the UK company -- will act as the springboard and reference base to deploy our operations into Europe," Said Mr. Harington. "Our projections are that we should be active in at least one European country by the first quarter of 2003."
