    MANCHESTER, England--May, 15, 2002--GenRad Ltd. has been renamed Teradyne Diagnostic Solutions Ltd, having recently been acquired as part of Teradyne, Inc.'s acquisition of GenRad, Inc. in October 2001. Teradyne Diagnostic Solutions Ltd. will continue to operate as a subsidiary within Teradyne, Inc.
