VL Communications Expands to Orange County

FOUNTAIN VALLEY, Calif., May 9 -- VL Communications, an eight-year-old public relations and advertising agency, today announced the opening of its Orange County office to complement its Sacramento bureau, which also moves to a new location.

Barry Toepke, principal and founder of VL Communications, heads up the Southern California operations, while Robert Meszaros, manager of client services, oversees the capitol region's office.
