Shareholders Advisory: Paradigm Project Manager Addresses New York City Council Committee Hearings On World Trade Center Disaster Recovery Project

(OTC BB:PRAV), addressed a special hearing held by New York City Council's Select Committee on Technology in Government on May 6th regarding the "Technology Lessons Learned from New York City Response to 9/11". Mr. Shalmon explained fully the important contribution Paradigm's Tracking technology made to the debris removal portion of the recovery project.Paradigm's Tracking Devices were installed on over 200 trucks contracted by the city to remove material from Ground Zero. Paradigm's state of the art Tracker Server provided real time information to the monitoring team, such as: vehicle location, speed, route selected, estimated arrival time at dump site, arrival time at ground zero, etc. Paradigm's Tracker technology was selected because of its accuracy, robustness, portability, immediate deployment capability, and cost effectiveness.
