CDI Announces Web Development Division

NORTHVILLE, Mich.--May 8, 2002--Computer Decisions International, LLC, (CDI) announces the formation of its Interactive Division to focus on opportunities in the area of web development--including web site design, web hosting, e-mail services, and e-commerce solutions.
CDI Interactive has created a strategic relationship with Solomon Friedman Advertising Interactive (SFA-I), which will supply CDI with the front-end creative expertise needed to produce world-class sites.
CDI Interactive, in combination with SFA-I, has already chalked up an impressive client list, including Wayne County Metropolitan Airport, Star Theatres, the Henry Ford Museum & Greenfield Village, and ALRO Steel. Existing web implementations include everything from buying tickets online and taking virtual tours to broadcasting e-mail campaigns and hosting web sites through CDI's Web Farm.
Ron Brodley, CDI's new Director of Interactive Services, saw the opportunity for the two companies to team up and build best-of-class web solutions for companies throughout the Midwest. "CDI has an established reputation for introducing and implementing winning technology solutions for its clients. The Solomon Friedman relationship assures CDI clients that they have both SFA-I creative talent and CDI technicians focusing on interactive solutions for their businesses."
Daniel Carr, President and CEO of CDI, and Dean Friedman, President and CEO of Solomon Friedman, were convinced of the wisdom of the two companies working together to cement CDI's presence in the interactive arena. According to Carr, "A company's web presence must accurately reflect the company's brand image, and if the web interface isn't attractive, efficient, easy-to-use, and reliable, then the company's reputation suffers. CDI's solid reputation for cutting-edge technology implementation and customer service will assure prospective customers that CDI is the logical choice for building and maintaining a company's web program."
Dean Friedman adds, "Every client we work with needs to complement their advertising efforts with compatible web-based interactive programs. Over the past few years, we have invested significant time and energy in launching online programs for our growing client base. Our decision to merge our creative talents with the outstanding capabilities of CDI will offer existing and potential clients a powerful alternative to interactive firms that are long on promise but short on experience. We have created the better approach for companies to successfully integrate powerful front-end design with efficient back-end programming."
