    THIEF RIVER FALLS, Minn.--May 7, 2002--Arctic Cat today announced that it will host a live Webcast of its fiscal 2002 fourth-quarter and year-end earnings conference call on Wednesday, May 15, at 10:30 a.m. CT (11:30 a.m. ET), following the release of its earnings before the stock market opens that day.
    Christopher Twomey, president and chief executive officer, and Tim Delmore, chief financial officer, will discuss results and accomplishments of the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended March 31, 2002, and provide an outlook for fiscal 2003.
