Endeavors Technology's Secure Web Collaboration Software Wins Innovative Supply Chain Deployment At Mitsubishi Motor Sales of America --MMSA--

    IRVINE, Calif. & CAMBRIDGE, UK--May 7, 2002--

Endeavors' Peer-to-Peer Magi Enterprise Software Creates Trusted Two-Way Manufacturer-to-Dealer Supply Chain Solution; Mitsubishi Motor Sales of America Targets Real-Time Inventory Visibility At Nationwide Dealerships for Improved Critical Backorder, Recall Administration,
Federal Regulation Compliance and Inventory Logistics

Endeavors Technology Inc., a Tadpole Technology plc subsidiary (LSE:TAD), today announces an enterprise deployment of its secure Web collaboration software at Mitsubishi Motor Sales of America (MMSA).
The automotive company is to deploy Endeavors' Magi Enterprise software at its headquarters and across nationwide dealerships for real-time supply chain.
Magi Enterprise's 'virtual peering' technology will provide MMSA with instant access to dealership inventory from its headquarters, replacing the company's current, labor-intensive business process.
Magi Enterprise will complement MMSA's existing dealer management systems, but without the associated deployment and management costs. MMSA's distribution and logistics units will be able to communicate and interact securely across its dealership supply chain. Using Magi's peer search technology, the location nationwide of a specific product or part can be immediately identified and shipped to a dealership within twenty-four hours. The firm expects Magi to deliver fast return on investment and sustained benefits through important reductions in dealership inventory and expediting costs.
"Until now, the only way for some dealers to communicate with Mitsubishi of America for urgent orders has been via phone, fax or e-mail, which results in low inventory visibility and high cost of operations," said Bernard Hulme, Endeavors' chairman and CEO. "With Magi, MMSA can pull inventory data securely and at will from its dealerships and make better decisions in managing and shipping product. This Magi deployment supports MMSA's drive for customers-for-life, and is an excellent example of secure peer-to-peer technology providing business-critical benefit to a manufacturing enterprise."
The deployment is the first major success for Endeavors Technology since the launch of its Magi Enterprise 3.0 product in March 2002. The award-winning P2P collaboration software, showcased recently at the e-Automotive summit in Palm Springs, Calif., transforms the Web into a highly secure inter- and intra-enterprise network. Enterprises are now capable of implementing secure private networks for collaboration, very rapidly and affordably, without disrupting existing applications, networks or work practices.
Magi Enterprise has broad applications in industry and government. Typical applications include just-in-time supply chain and distribution channel management, and customer relationship management. It bridges the gap left by unsecured email, which is routinely used to share proprietary documents and the high overheads and time associated with designing, managing and using secure portals. Key to accomplishing this are easy-to-use collaboration functions integrated into existing enterprise and desktop applications.
Using Magi Enterprise 3.0, business professionals can securely access, share and act upon critical information over any wired or wireless connection, using any device as a full "peer" on the Web-based network.
