ADVISORY/Civic Tour and Boston's Rock Station WAAF to Award 2002 Honda Civic Si Custom Designed by Rock Band Incubus to a Greater Boston Area Fan

WHO:        Civic Tour, an American Honda Motor Co., Inc. owned
            entertainment property, will give one lucky WAAF
            (107.3 FM) listener the keys to an all-new Honda Civic Si,
            customized and autographed by Brandon Boyd, Mike Einziger,
            Kilmore, Dirk Lance and Jose Pasillas of the rock band
            Incubus, who will be headlining the sold-out Civic Tour
            concert at Worcester's Centrum Centre on May 13. Members
            of the band will be in attendance and available for photo
            and video opportunities.

WHAT:       WAAF and Civic Tour pre-selected 20 listeners to
            participate in the car giveaway who will each try to start
            the unique Incubus Civic Si with a randomly selected key.
            The one contestant whose key starts the engine will drive
            home with the customized Incubus Honda Civic Si. All 20
            contestants will receive tickets for that night's sold-out
            Incubus Civic Tour show and have the opportunity to meet
            the band.

WHY:        The Incubus 2002 Civic Si giveaway is a highlight of the
            second annual Civic Tour, Honda's latest venture into the
            music arena and part of its coordinated marketing effort
            to introduce the all-new '02 Honda Civic Si. On the heels
            of the resounding success of the inaugural Civic Tour in
            2001 (with two separate legs featuring blink-182 and
            Everclear) the expanded Civic Tour 2002 features Southern
            California rockers Incubus for a 50 + date arena tour
            across the U.S. The band's customized and autographed 2002
            Civic Si, with intricate fish designs inspired by the CD
            artwork for Incubus' latest release, "Morning View," is on
            display at all Civic Tour concerts.
